Camps

Midwinter and Spring Break Camps for Teens and Young Adults (Ages 13+) - Now Available for Registration!

Midwinter Break Camp: February 17-20 from 2-5pm

Spring Break Camp: April 14-17 from 10am-1pm and 2-5pm

Our Adaptive Arts camps are a welcoming and creative space for community members who identify as Neurodivergent or Disabled. Each includes a variety of adaptive dance, music, theater, visual arts, or other arts experiences, opportunities to connect with peers, and artistic self expression.

Volunteers are paired one-on-one or in small groups with participants, and support staff are available to assist with personal care needs. At this time, we are unable to provide nursing or medical care, or support those who engage in harm to self or others or elopement. Individuals who are exhibiting these behaviors will be asked to come with a support person.

We welcome families who want to pay for camps with DDA respite hours.

  • Families who use respite hours must commit to the entire week and sign a DDA respite policy agreement. See DDA Policies

  • If you do not have enough DDA respite hours to pay for the entire camp, you must pay out of pocket for the remaining balance.

  • We will bill DDA for the full camp hours at the end of that week.

  • Please indicate DDA respite hours as a preferred form of payment on the intake form to help us plan.

  • Please ensure that you are dropping off your dancer and picking up within camp start and finish times.
Otherwise, we must bill respite hours for the extra time in 15 minute increments.

  • Please remember to notify your Case Manager that you are beginning a new activity

  • “All I want for my daughter is a place where they will accept and appreciate her unique qualities and gift.”

Continue the mission by becoming a supporter.

  • "Life with a disability can be incredibly isolating. Her mental and physical health are nourished, and she is thriving (with AIM)."

Become part of the journey as a volunteer.
